1 Definitions and Interpretation

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with jl025. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. jl025 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and behavioral pattern recognition. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from jl025 services.

3.3 Account Information Updates

In the event of the account holder's death, the account will be permanently closed and remaining funds handled in accordance with Philippine inheritance laws upon receipt of proper legal documentation.

4 Account Security and Password Protection

Players bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including username, password, security questions, two-factor authentication codes, and biometric authentication settings. You agree to:

1. Create a strong password containing a minimum of eight (8) characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols;
2. Never disclose your password or account credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent jl025;
3. Immediately notify jl025 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach;

7. Regularly update your password at intervals not exceeding ninety (90) days.

jl025 will never request your password via email, telephone, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jl025 requesting password disclosure should be immediately reported to our security team. You acknowledge that you are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or not, until you notify jl025 of a security breach.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be configured in account security settings for responsible gaming purposes. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, user interfaces, and proprietary technology comprising the jl025 platform are owned by or licensed to jl025 and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jl025 services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

While we strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, jl025 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. Players acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and agree that jl025 is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from normal gaming activity.

11 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

11.4 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with balances below ₱1,000 may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100. Accounts inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed, with remaining funds escheated to jl025 pending claims in accordance with Philippine unclaimed property laws.

12 Dispute Resolution and Complaints

jl025 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Players who have concerns or complaints should follow this escalation process:

12.1 Initial Contact
